I bought this set at our state fair in Minnesota. Of course they made it look so simple when they did my nails for me so I was a bit skeptical but when I got it home and my daughter and I tried it-it worked fabulous. You do have to know how to use it to be successful. Follow the directions exactly. I don't know why the previous person had troubles with nail polish all over the plate. You only put enough polish on the desigen you want and then scrape excess polish off with the scraper, roll the stamper over the polish and then roll onto your nail. It really works and the designs are so cool. You can clean the stamp plate off with nail polish remover. If you have trouble getting the polish onto the red stamper because it is too smooth and new, just rough the red rubber part up with a nail file and this should do the trick. It worked for us when we were having problems. I brought this set with me when we had a girls weekend out and we did our nails and all my girlfriends thought it was the coolest thing. Some even got online and ordered it. My girls love to do it and do it quite easily. They are 12 and 8years old. You can do amazing things and we think it's one of the best things we've ever bought. We actually use it!

I just got this kit and it is really easy and makes cute desings on finger nails. I saw a video where I bought it showing how to use it. I dont know why that other person said it was messy and did no work, unless she may have not seen a demo first. I think with this product it helps to see a demonstration so you will use it correctly. Personally, I really like it and I think it is very easy to use. Maybe on the KONAD website there is a video with a demo you can check out. not sure tho.

I just recently discovered the Konad nail stamping system, and I must say that I think that it's great. With a little bit of practice, it becomes quite easy to create some really attractive nail designs. Now, I must admit that I had a friend who was already something of a Konad expert, and she was able to get me up to speed quite quickly, which is a great thing if you can find such a person. If not, go to the website or YouTube, and watch the videos they will help a lot.
So, my advice is to buy this kit, watch the videos, and then become a nail artist. I highly recommend this kit!

this is great, love it! easy to use, very fun, although can be frustrating when your "look" dont come out the way you want. But super cool product. Always get complements for nail designs!

My daughter (10) and I had more fun doing her nails with this. I read the directions on the back and in 5 minutes we were off and running.
Couple points -- keep cleaning the pattern disk. It fills up quick.
You can only use their nail polish (it sticks to the stamper or something) so dont waste it doing your nails -- just use it for the patterns.
I am going to get a few of this to give as gifts when my daughter goes to a birthday party. Great fun for the girls ... I think at 10 they can even do it themselves.
